On the day of your arrival, you'll be given a code to access your room.  No need to "check in" at a busy lobby or even see anyone else besides those in your party, if you choose. Three of our suites have exterior doors (The Bear Den, Moose Meadow & Buffalo Roam) and common areas can be completely avoided in these units.

 We have always taken great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Given the effects of COVID-19, we have implemented additional measures in our hotel cleaning procedures. Developed in consultation with State and local public health officials, to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous:  

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobby, door handles, public bathroom, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
• We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations.
• We have increased the deployment of hand sanitizers.

• Social Distancing. Social Distancing continues to be a recommended or required practice in public settings. We’ve adjusted  cleaning of our common of our hotel to help guests adhere to these guidelines. During your stay, please be mindful of other guests.
• Hotel Services and Amenities. For your safety, some services or amenities such as daily room touch up may be modified or suspended on request.
